About Emma

Emma brings over 20 years of experience in the golf industry as both a high-level amateur competitor and former Division I college coach. She most recently served as the Associate Head Coach for the Washington State University Women’s Golf Team and is a certified LPGA Class B Teaching Professional and TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Certified Coach.

Originally from Australia, Emma began her golf journey at age 11, competing in events through the Jack Newton Junior Golf Foundation. Her success at the junior level led her to Washington State University, where she played collegiate golf from 2009 to 2013.

Following graduation, Emma spent a year in Sydney continuing her amateur playing career and working at a semi-private golf club. She returned to Pullman in 2014 to begin her coaching career as WSU’s first full-time Assistant Coach for the women’s program. In 2021, she was promoted to Associate Head Coach, a role she held until transitioning out of college coaching in 2023.

Emma is deeply committed to lifelong learning and professional development. She has advanced her teaching through the LPGA Teaching and Club Professional Program and the Titleist Performance Institute. Her coaching philosophy centers on the belief that every golfer has a unique swing, shaped by the way their body moves. She is passionate about helping golfers of all levels—whether new to the game or highly experienced—better understand and enjoy their golf.

Off the course, Emma is married to Dustin White, Head Coach of the WSU Men’s Golf Team. They have two sons, Finn and Archie, who they hope will one day share their love for the game.
