Palouse Ridge Golf Club is a CourseCo, Inc. managed property. CourseCo, established in 1989 and based in Petaluma, California, operates 43 golf properties, five in Washington, two in Oregon and 28 in California. In CourseCo’s 34-year history of providing a full range of golf management services to its clients, has never had a contract canceled or failed to renew.
CourseCo has developed a reputation for its commitment to the environment with several properties being fully certified Audubon sanctuaries. Many of the courses it manages have received awards for environmental excellence. CourseCo, Inc is also a recipient of California’s highest and most prestigious environmental honor, the California Governor’s Environmental and Economic Leadership Award for Sustainable Practices.
